Prologis’ property management team expands with the arrival of Pierre Bourguignon, a 27-year-old graduate of ICH with a master’s degree in financial and real estate engineering.

Previously, after starting as a real estate negotiator, Bourguignon was a property manager at Scaprim Property Management. At Prologis France, he will manage the administrative aspect of buildings, technical issues on sites, ICPE in coordination with the environment team, and taxes and insurances. His focus will be in Paris Nord 2, Mitry-Mory and Lille.
